'Dreamteams' is a business education and social initiative founded by Alan Heck, Uplands, Swansea, Wales.

'Dreamteams' is the name Alan gave this continuing coaching program for success training in small groups. The program has been offered since 2009 and was certified as an official continuing adult education course by the Berlin Senate in 2013, as well as being approved for educational leave. However, the opinions of all those authorities are now irrelevant. Alan last worked as a Chemistry and Biology teacher at state schools in Germany and now lives in Swansea, Wales.
