'Dreamteams' is the name Alan Heck gave his continuing coaching program for success training in small groups. This program has been offered since 2009 and was certified as an official continuing education course by the Berlin Senate in 2013, as well as being approved for educational leave. However, the opinions of all those authorities are now irrelevant. Alan last worked as a Chemistry and Biology teacher at state schools in Germany and now lives in Swansea, Wales.

Cancellation Policy
Your Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from a contract made (e.g., a course registration) within two weeks without giving reasons by sending written notice (e.g. letter,email). The cancellation period begins on the day after receipt of your booking. Timely dispatch of the cancellation notice is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The cancellation notice should be sent to Alan Heck, address above.
Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties are obligated to return any services received and to surrender any benefits derived from them. If you are unable to return the received services in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate for the lost value. You must fulfill any obligations to within 30 days of sending your cancellation notice. The cancellation period begins for you when you send your cancellation notice, and for us when we receive it.
Special Note: In the case of a service, your right of cancellation expires prematurely if your contractual partner has begun performing the service with your expreseds consent before the end of the cancellation period, or if you have initiated the service yourself.
